MixJect™ Vial Adaptors

The sterile MixJect™ system enables the safe, rapid and easy preparation and administration of lyophilised drugs.

20mm / 13mm MixJect & 20mm MixJect with needle shield

MixJect™ is a single unit for reconstituting a powder drug with a diluent prefilled syringe. Upon reconstitution, the drug is available for immediate injection.

Both 20mm and 13mm versions available.

System attributes:

The body and vial adaptors are moulded from medical-grade polycarbonate.
The valves are moulded from polyethylene.
The low-profile lock minimises fluid path dead space.
Unit is preassembled with a client-specified syringe needle.
System fits standard vials, Luer syringes and needles.
MixJect™ is compatible with popular auto-injector devices.

System is also available with a safety guard which is replaced after administration to avoid needle stick injury.

SCHOTT Type I plus® Vials

Ultra inert SCHOTT Type I glass vials internally coated with a chemically bonded Quartz like layer of Silicon Dioxide. Available in sizes 2ml to 100ml.

Siliconised Vials

Neutral Type I glass vials manufactured by SCHOTT forma vitrum from Fiolax® tubing, internally coated with polymerised silicone.

Sterile Vials

Internally sterile vials, manufactured from Type I glass.

SCHOTT Tubular Glass Injection Vials/Freeze Drying Vials

Clear and amber neutral Type I tubular glass Injection Vials/Lyophilisation (Lyo) Vials manufactured by SCHOTT available from stock.
