Linhardt win another World Star award with it's new Multiflex tube
Linhardt has now won the World Packaging Organisation (WPO) trophy for the seventh time. As you can imagine Linhardt’s Research & Development departments in Viechtach and Hambrücken are proud of the prize.
The companies that are qualified to enter the competition for the World Stars are the winners of the national packaging prizes and since Linhardt recently won the German Packaging Prize, the Multiflex Tube was in the final of the World Star.
With the Multiflex Tube LINHARDT has succeeded for the first time in welding a synthetic laminated tube bluntly instead of overlapping it. This way a symmetrical material assembly with a weldable material on the inside and the outside is no longer necessary. This allows for new possibilities in the sequence of layers. The concealed welding seam is less noticeable and now hardly affects the printed picture.
